Charles Neirick

Founder and Chief Investment Officer

Charles is the managing partner and Chief Investment Officer of PropCap Advisors.

He has been actively creating and investing in commercial property debt including tradable securities, whole loans and mezzanine instruments over the past 25 years.

Charles has held senior roles across the commercial mortgage industry, responsible for origination, trading, structuring, distribution and portfolio management of CMBS securities, whole loans and subordinated debt at bulge bracket Wall Street investment banks, most recently at Countrywide Financial (NYSE “CFC”; now “BAC”), where he led a large loan team allocated a $ multibillion balance sheet for fixed and floating rate debt and high yield junior credit distribution. Charles also initiated and managed the cumulative perpetual preferred program capitalized by off-shore investors, responsible for credit allocation, pricing and structuring.

Charles began his career with Salomon Brothers, Inc. in the mortgage securities trading and real estate lending groups, trading and distributing mortgage debt securities as well as originating, structuring, pricing and negotiating commercial real estate credits.
